Today's Ride

A great ride this morning. This is how it ended.

Memorial Day 2009-

Once again there was a fine turnout for the annual ride to the Ft Sheridan Cemetary. It is always a special ride for us because of the opportunity to honor those who have served, as well as specifically pay respects to my wife's Uncle Ernest Blackmon who served in Vietnam and is buried there.

Took it easy today with a 50 miler through Saguora National Park East and then home via Pistol Hill. Winds and temps were kicking up by the end of the ride.
