Housecleaning

I'm changing some of the content of the blog to make it more useful and because I can. I am removing all links to mapmyride because they are now putting in popup ads that overlay the map and make it difficult to use. If you pay for a premium membership (about $30 per year) the ads go away. Gmap works just as well and they are free so they get my vote.
